Session Minimums

Academic, Preparatory, Art/Guitar sessions are a minimum of one hour long. Pre-K readiness sessions include a 10 minute “exploration station” set-up period and 5 minute break-down period which involves the student, as school readiness skills are built through these exercises as well.​

Cancellation policy:

We understand life happens - unexpected things come up and illnesses occur! If you need to cancel a session, please do so 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. With less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged the full session fee, as a cancelled appointment impacts multiple people: your child, tutor and another student who could have used the time slot that without enough notice we are unable to fill. We appreciate your understanding and ask for communication and consideration in order for us to best support and value all involved.
